To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase. Please note that certain items are non-returnable:
- Custom or Personalized Items: Due to their unique nature, custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return & Exchange Process

- Receive Your Refund or Exchange: If your return is approved, we will process your refund or send out the exchanged item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, while exchanges will be shipped to your provided address.
Refund Timeline & Method
Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
